We’ve made many versions of toad in a hole over the years, but this one was so good we had to share. The prosciutto and Parmesan go perfectly together, and although the everything bagel makes it a little messy, it’s delicious!
How to Prepare

1. Cover baking sheet with parchment paper and heat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Cut out the center of the bagel to make it at least 2 inches in diameter (or large enough to hold an entire egg).
3. Brush butter on both sides of the bagel and lightly push cut side down into baking sheet.

4. Crack one egg into the center of bagel.
5. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top of the egg.
6. Place prosciutto around the center of bagel and sprinkle with a little more Parmesan cheese.

7. Bake for 13 minutes for a medium egg or 15 minutes for a firm egg.
